Snowflakes Fall is a beautiful tribute to the town of Newtown, CT and the children and teachers who perished in the tragic events at Sandy Hook Elementary School, December 14, 2012. Snowflakes Fall is written by Newbery Medalist Patricia MacLachlan and award-winning illustrator Steven Kellogg, a long time resident of Newtown, CT. I’ve always enjoyed making snowflakes. A few years ago, I discovered stained glass snowflakes which I have used to decorate the library where I work to the delight of our customers.
